God's Window "A Christian Preschool". We are seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Director to lead our Christian preschool program. God’s Window is vital component of Northampton Presbyterian Church, a suburban PC USA church. We are celebrating our 30th anniversary of providing high-quality, faith-based education to young children in a nurturing and safe environment. We have won community awards and are proud to be training children from many previous program participants.
As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our preschool program, including curriculum development, staff management, and parent communication. You will work closely with a team of experienced and dedicated teachers to ensure that our students receive the best possible education and care.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive, faith-based curriculum that aligns with our mission and values.
- Manage a team of teachers, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed.
- Recruit and hire qualified teacher and staff members.
- Ensure that all teachers and staff members adhere to our policies and procedures.
- Communicate regularly with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all students, staff, and visitors.Manage the preschool's budget and financials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a preschool or childcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of Christian education principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with others.
- Commitment to the mission and values of our preschool.

This is a full-time position that may require some evening and weekend work.
