10:45 AM – Those wishing to carpool meet at the Presbytery Office (self-organized)
12:15 PM – Gather at a meeting point in downtown West Chester. Brief greetings and introductions. Walk to the historic courthouse as a group.
1:00 PM – Reenactment of Juneteenth Pronouncement on historic courthouse steps 2:00 PM – Freedom Walk to Bethel AME Church
2:30 PM – Singing and praise at Bethel AME Church
4:00 PM – NAACP flag-raising ceremony
4:30 PM – Celebration meal at Milestone Events
5:00 PM - Performance by West Chester Dance Works at Milestone Events
