Central Presbyterian Church (PCUSA) in Downingtown, PA, is searching for an Operations Manager to develop and implement strategies to cover key operations of the church, including oversight of the building, support of volunteer operations, supervision of Finance and Office staff, and implementation of IT software. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 5 yrs. experience working in a church or non-profit in a business management capacity. Requires leadership, initiative, organization, basic financial skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. This position is 25 hrs./week and reports to the Head of Staff. Requires FBI, PA State and Child Abuse Clearances, plus clean MVR and ability to drive.
