Derry Church seeks a compassionate and relational leader to serve as our part-time Associate Pastor for Congregational Life and Care (15–20 hours/week). This role centers on pastoral care, visitation, and fostering meaningful connections across a vibrant and growing congregation.
The Associate Pastor will provide regular visitation to members who are homebound, hospitalized, or in care facilities; offer spiritual support during times of need; and help cultivate a strong sense of belonging through fellowship and community-building. This position also collaborates closely with the Board of Deacons, Membership Connections Committee, and church staff to strengthen a culture of care and connection.
We are looking for someone with a deep pastoral heart, strong listening skills, and a commitment to the Reformed tradition. Ordination (or eligibility) in the PC(USA) or a compatible Reformed body is preferred.
