“The Quilters Retreat” honors deceased member with gifts to Camp Donegal.

    Three members of The Quilters Retreat present to Camp Donegal a check and a handmade quilt started by Carolyn Evans-Corder of Delta, PA.

    Three members of The Quilters Retreat, left to right Jean Bryan, Rose Hoover, and Ginny Buckingham, present to Camp Donegal a check of $2329 and a handmade quilt (Pathway To The Stars) (78”x 86”) started by Carolyn Evans-Corder of Delta, PA. The money was from raised by selling fabric and notions as donated from Carolyn’s husband, Ray Corder.  Rose Hoover of East Prospect, Pa & Jean Bryan of Shrewsbury, Pa finished machine piecing the quilt in 2017.  Karen Davis of Whiteford, MD long-arm quilted. 

    The check and quilt were presented in memory of Carolyn Evans-Corder at Camp Donegal. Carolyn always enjoyed the quilter's retreats held at Camp Donegal.
